16 Week Training Plans

Our 16 week training programmes are designed to provide you with a progressive structure of training that will enable you to maximize your performance on race day, without the expense of having a completely bespoke plan drawn up. All of the detailed plans are available at 2 ability levels: 'complete' or 'compete’ and are delivered online via the Active training diary system.

They are available for the following sports:

- Running: 5km, 10km, Half and Full marathon.
- Triathlon: Sprint, Olympic, Half and Full Iron race distances.
