As an athlete Eliot has competed in Triathlon, Xterra, Duathlon, Ultra running and adventure racing to an international level. In triathlon he has achieved a sub 9h ironman and finished top 10 at ironman UK 70.3. Other sporting highlights include becoming British Universities Triathlon champion, World Junior Xterra Champion and a Marathon Des Sables finisher. Presently he is racing a bit of anything and everything with an outdoor endurance theme! Eliot holds a BA [hons] in Coach Education and Sports Development from the University of Bath and manages the endurance athlete and motor-sport coaching services. |

As an athlete Andy has competed in Triathlon and Duathlon to an international level. He has finished on the podium of Half Ironman UK, in the top 10 at Ironman UK and completed the Hawaii Ironman. Presently he is racing in surf ski and endurance kayaking events with a view to competing in multisport adventure races in the future. Andy holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath, has co-authored the Book ‘The Motorsport Fitness Manual’ and is a regular contributor to ‘220 Triathlon’ and ‘Running Fitness’ magazines. |

Able to turn his hand to all disciplines of triathlon, Doug has recorded top 10 finishes at ironman 70.3 UK, the national elite duathlon championships, the national off-road championships. Whilst continuing his studies in Sports Coaching at the University of Bath, Doug has worked through to level 3 of British triathlon coach education programme. Doug is a regular contributor to Triathlon Plus magazine, specifically in the training plan sections. |

An MSc Sports Science and Coaching post graduate, Richard has 15 years experience of working and coaching in elite sports programmes, including 10 years heading up England Cricket’s Sports Science and Medicine programme. Richard’s involvement in Triathlon started as part of a development project nearly 20 years ago, as the first sighted guide to visually impaired athlete Tim Reddish. Since then he has raced around the world over all distances up to Ironman, and coached/tutored on numerous training camps, workshops and seminars. |

Chris has been involved in Triathlon since 1992 and has competed internationally over a variety of distances and disciplines. He is a lifelong endurance athlete but has been known to have occasional forays into other sports such as climbing and martial arts. Presently he is developing his expertise in the area of strength and conditioning training. He holds an MSc. in Exercise sciences and a MPhil. in Physiology and is a lecturer in Exercise Physiology at Middlesex University. |
