USN's Enduro Sport is the ultimate carbohydrate loading, energy and recovery drink that primarily consist of complex carbohydrates in the form of medium chain glucose polymers and a small amount of pure crystalline fructose.

Numerous studies have shown that glucose polymers serve as a direct precursor for glycogen synthesis in muscle and is much more effective than other carbohydrates or sugars.
Fructose on the other hand is primarily metabolised by the liver and is nearly four times as efficient in replenishing liver glycogen, a higher glycogen store allows your body to work harder and longer before reaching exhaustion.

Ingredients

3-stage Glyco Matrix (waxy maize starch, maltodextrin, dextrose monohydrate), citric acid, potassium
phosphate, flavourants, magnesium chelate, anti-caking agent, sodium chloride, stabilizer (xanthan
gum), non-nutritive sweetener blend (sucralose, acesulfame-K), magnesium oxide, ascorbic acid,
colourant (E110).

As with all exercise and nutritional programmes, please consult your physician first. Do not use if you are pregnant or lactating or if you have any medical condition. If anxiety, dizziness and depression are a result, lower dosage or stop use. Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8 - 10 large glasses of water per day. For best results. Taking more than the recommended dose will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions. For best results a sensible diet should be followed.

Recommended Use

  • For a refreshing sports drink any time of the day, mix one rounded scoop with 300ml cold water or 2 rounded scoops with 600ml cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavour and sweetness level.
  • For carbohydrate loading (Average male): 2 rounded scoops (75g) mixed with 500-600ml water.
  • Intake should be 3-4 times daily, between meals.
  • For carbohydrate loading (Average female): 1½ scoops (50g) mixed with 400-500ml water.
  • Intake should be 3-4 times daily, between meals.
