What are the main features?


• An initial single or multi-sport physiological assessment to set training intensity zones and evaluate current fitness levels.
• 12 week personalised training plan delivered via our e-log training diary.
• Communication lines (telephone and e-mail) are open to athletes during normal working hours (9a.m. - 5p.m. Monday - Friday), subject to fair usage.
• A re-assessment in week 12 to evaluate the effectiveness of training and reset goals for the next phase of training.


What does the initial 12 week personalised coaching programme include?


An initial single sport [bike or run] or multi-sport [bike and run] physical assessment at the state of the art Porsche Human Performance centre, Silverstone. Each assessment includes lactate threshold testing to determine 6 training zones so that your coach can prescribe exercise intensity based on your individual physiology. Full body composition analysis looking at body fat percentage and segmental muscle mass analysis is included in each assessment. A comprehensive debrief on the results is conducted on the day and a report is e-mailed to you post assessment.


Your votwo coach will then write you a personalised 12-week training plan based on your physical assessment results, personal circumstances and goals. This programme is administrated using the votwo elog with your forthcoming sessions presented online.


Communication lines (telephone, Skype and e-mail) are open to athletes during normal working hours (9a.m. - 5p.m. Monday - Friday), subject to fair usage and pre-booking calls. We would describe fair usage as communicating bi-weekly, however we don't like to be completely strict on when an athlete can communicate with their coach as we like you to feel that you can contact us when you need assistance. If you send an e-mail or leave a voice mail then your coach will always aim to get back to you within 24hrs – 48hrs at most. If your coach is away for a significant period of time then they will notify you of the time period for which they are away.


After the 12-week training plan you undertake a re-assessment at the Porsche Human Performance centre. The aim of the re-assessment is to evaluate the effectiveness of the last 12 weeks training and re-set goals for the next training period.


After the initial 12 weeks you have the option to continue with the personalised training plan with your coach and buy physiological assessments and other services as and when required.

Initial 12 week personalised coaching plan:


2 x single sport assessments [bike or run] 12 weeks apart, a fully personalised training plan on the elog online training diary between the 2 assessments. £495


2 x multi sport assessments [bike and run] 12 weeks apart, a fully personalised training plan on the elog online training diary between the 2 assessments. £595


Personalised coaching training plans are available after the initial 12 week programme at a rate of £95 pcm paid by standing order with 1 months cancelation notification required.


Additional face-to-face consultations with your coach can be purchased at a rate of £35 / hour.


Additional fitness assessment from the Porsche Human Performance centre can be purchased at a rate of:


£195 for a single sport lab assessment (running, cycling, rowing)


£295 for a multisport lab assessment (running and cycling for triathletes)
