What is a premium training programme?
A premium votwo training programme is for those who leave no stone unturned in their training and preparation. On a premium programme your votwo coach provides a totally comprehensive written training schedule for you to follow. As with our other programmes it is administrated using the votwo elog with your forthcoming sessions presented online. Your votwo coach will liase with you on a regular basis to ensure that the programme reflects your current personal circumstances. We recommend that all votwo coaching plans start with a laboratory assessment to accurately assess fitness and determine training zones prior to commencing the programme. Preferential rates for lab testing are available to all votwo coaching clients.
What are the main features?
- On-line access anywhere in the world.
- Training delivered on elog. Long term planning of session outlines and monthly session updates.
- votwo can instantly monitor actual training versus planned training.
- Support material for training (nutritional advice, pre-race advice, pacing charts)
- Communication lines (telephone and e-mail) are open to athletes during normal working hours (9a.m. - 5p.m. Monday - Friday), subject to fair usage.
- Monthly athlete development meetings to discuss all aspects of the programme are encouraged (no extra cost if based at location of your coach).
- Preferential rates on laboratory testing
