Stevo and I raced this last weekend, it was probably one of the toughest races that i’ve ever done. I’d even go as far as saying it would beat Wimbleball at an armwrestling contest. A report is going up on the news pages, but I have to say that I, alongside many others were dissapointed at the lack of organisation throughout the event, I understand it must be difficult to admin everything on a race like this, but Ben seems to do alright!!

Straight back into training this week with no recovery, and suprisingly feeling quite good.

Well disaster struck on Sunday, no explanation for what happened. I believed I had got everything right in terms of my prep work, my pacing during the race was fine, I got to 60km and my race fell apart!

Theres a report going up on the news pages which should entertain at the extent of my suffering.
