| The 'ONER' Run 3 marathons back to back in 24hours. Following the same route and the 3 day JCC and starting at 6pm Saturday after the 3 day challenge is well underway and going through the night and next day. It is a very tough, arduous and unforgiving race. Of the 20 men that started in the March 2007 event only 5 finished. |

| Terrain | The route follows the same coastal footpath as the 3 Day Jurrasic Coast Challenge. This takes you across cliffs, fields, towns, sand and rocks. In some places the route is very steep and scrambling is the only way up. WARNING in some places on this route you pass very close to the cliff edge. |
| Facilities | votwo are providing a comprehensive support package.
Check Points: Every approx 6 miles. These will fuel you and check you are on route. A time cut off system is in operation, if you miss the check point cut off time you are off the race. The average speed you have to maintain is just over 3mph.
Kit Bag: Every 2nd check point (so approximately every 12 miles) you will have access to your own kit bag, spare clothes, trainers, own food etc
Medical Cover: Medics can be called in to any part of the course.
Meat wagon: any runner who can no longer continue can jump on the mini bus and enjoy a quiet nights sleep!
Maps & route description: All route maps, written route descriptions, kit list and cut off times are posted to you 2 weeks before the start of the event.

| Accommodation | It is highly recommended you either stay somewhere locally on the Sunday night to recover before you drive home or arrange for someone to drive you home. If you want to travel by train you must make votwo aware (on the entry form) that you will require a pick up from Bournemouth train station. |

| Other Details | This event is only open to ultra runners with previous experience. You must be 100% aware that you are running at night along coastal paths. You have to navigate your self between check points. In places the path is not obvious and basic navigation skills are essential. Be under no illusion that if you do not make the check point cut off times your race number will be removed and you will no longer be part of the event. Harsh but fair! |
