Ex Sports Scientist to Benetton and Renault Formula 1 teams

Andy has experience delivering sports science support in the uncompromising environment of Formula 1 to some of the current crop of top drivers including Jenson Button, Fernando Alonso, Mark Webber and Giancarlo Fisichella. For 2007 Andy is the sports science consultant for the BMW-Sauber F1 team's pit lane park experience.

Now running the votwo lab with Phil Mosley Andy's expertise is available to athletes at all levels helping them to accurately measure their fitness and prepare more scientifically for competition.

Phil has tested hundreds of athletes in both the votwo and University of Chichester sports science labs.

His present clients include Champ Car racing driver Dan Clarke, elite cyclist Louise Dutch, international duathletes Lee Piercy & Wayne Smith and junior tennis star Jenny Allan. Phil also works at Formula 1 Grand Prix events for BMW Sauber F1 and is a regular feature writer in magazines such as Cycling Weekly, Running Fitness and Cycling Health and Fitness.

He believes that regular lab-testing is important for any athlete, right through from beginners to professionals. "Lab testing can benefit athletes of all levels. Not only does it enable us to accurately measure progress and set training-zones, but it helps inform the athlete which area of training they should really focus on to improve."
